Step by Step Process for UGC Video Deliverables

STEP 1:

We will discuss (either over email or scheduled call) your brand's goals, expected deliverables, and find a content package that's suitable for your needs.

STEP 2:

A contract will be sent over to you if you don't already have one. If you do provide a contract, I will take up to one business day to look over it. If all good, I will send the signed contract the following day. Adjustments may be negotiated to protect both parties involved.

STEP 3:

For product UGC concepts, I will send over my shipping address so you are able to arrange delivery. If you'd like the product to be posted back to you, you will have to arrange for return delivery as well. If the UGC video is for an app, a service, travel destination, restaurant review, or any non-tangible product, skip ahead to STEP 4.

STEP 4:

While awaiting for the product(s) to be delivered (or if not a tangible product request), I will conduct brand market research, research your competitors, your most successful content, & your target audience. I will come up with specific video concepts & write the scripts utilizing strong hooks and CTA's. I can send you these ahead of filming upon request & we can collaborate if needed.

STEP 5:

Once I receive the product (or attend the destination, utilize the app, learn about your service, etc), I will shoot and edit the content. You will receive the watermarked content to review. Revisions will be at an extra cost to re-shoot or re-edit unless I've made a mistake. You will be given the script ahead of time to make any adjustments.

STEP 6:

When you are happy with the content, I will go ahead and send over the invoice where you will be able to make payment using Stripe which supports all credit & debit cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

STEP 7:

After the invoice has been fulfilled, you will receive a Google Drive folder containing the unwatermarked content.

Step by Step Process for

Script Reads

STEP 1:

You will send me the script you'd like me to read, along with your vision for the video & we will agree on a price based on word-count, length of video, and whether you need me to edit or just send over the raw footage. We may collaborate together on adjustments made to the script in order to ensure grammatical flow.

STEP 2:

Once agreed, I will set a date to film the content based on my availability. I will shoot 2-4 different takes to choose from. Content will be filmed in selfie format on iPhone 12. These can be shot either vertically or horizontally upon your request.

STEP 3:

Once I've filmed the content (and potentially edited if requested) you will receive watermarked content to review. Revisions will be at an extra cost to re-shoot or re-edit unless I've made a mistake.

STEP4:

When you are happy with the content, I will go ahead and send over the invoice where you will be able to make payment using Stripe which supports all credit & debit cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
